TB Mobile

TB Mobile makes available a set of molecules with activity against Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, and known targets available in CDD. It links to pathways (biocyc.org), genes (tbdb.org), literature (PubMed) and essentiality information.

The app enables similarity searching to potentially infer targets for new molecules and has filters to limit the visible molecules. Each molecule can be copied to the clipboard or opened with other apps. Molecules can be bookmarked and exported.
